where do i go to request artwork I need?
Great question! Any artwork that needs to be custom made for your specific location can be submitted through our custom requests page & we will get back to you on that request ASAP.
i just ordered print material, when will i receive them?
Thank you for your order! Now, that you have ordered you will recieve a proof. If the artwork is custom, a proof will come in 5-7 business days.
If the artwork is not custom, you will recieve a proof in 24-48 hours, and ordered after approval. Then, you can expect your materials in 5-7 business days.
my store is opening soon... what do i need?
Congratulations on your new store! Once you know your official opening date, you will need to place an order for our "Store Opening Package".
This package includes all the necessary items needed to have a successful opening/ grand opening.
how long does it take to get a proof?
Once you have put in your request, we will reach out to you to finalize any details.
Then, you can expect an artwork proof within 5-7 business days.
i need more wing snob gear, how long will it take to get?
Gotta Stay Fresh! All of our apparel is made and pressed to perfection. After placing your order you can expect to see your order within 7-10 business days. That is including production & shipping time (shipping time may vary).
